Two new postdocs

Elodie Le Gal and Mariangela Iannaccone are new postdocs at the Department of Law at Aarhus BSS.

Elodie Le Gal is an Australian-French academic lawyer, who obtained her PhD at the University of New England in 2013.

Her PhD focused on the design and implementation of risk-based strategies for managing environmental risks in the energy context.

She obtained a Master of Laws (Diplôme d'Etudes Approfondies) in Private International Law/International Business Law from the Pantheon-Assas Faculty of Law, Paris, in 1998 and a BA in Law from Strasbourg University in France.

Her technical and legal expertise is found in the implementation of strategic approaches to ‘wicked’ problems and the application of systemic and institutional analysis to legal and governance issues.

Mariangela Iannaccone is an Italian academic lawyer, who obtained her PhD at Sapienza University in Rome. Her PhD-thesis was entitled "The Italian Class Action. State and Future".

She obtained her Master’s degree at the University of Naples Federico II.

In 2010, she was admitted to the bar in Italy.

Her research interests are corporate law, corporate governance, financial markets, contract law, and consumer protection.
