Opinion of the Advocate General at Court of Justice of the European Union cites research by Associate Professor Graham Butler

In a case before the Grand Chamber of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) – the EU’s highest court – the Advocate General in the case, Michal Bobek, has cited research by Graham Butler, associate professor at the Department of Law, Aarhus BSS, in his Opinion in the Puppinck case.
