Vicki Erfurt Larsen, Chief Special Advisor at the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority, will deliver the following lecture at Aarhus University:

The EU perspective of investor activism. Is it a means to redefining corporate action and responsibility?

The lecture is part of the “European Company Law “ course at the Department of Law at Aarhus University run by Mariangela Iannaccone, Postdoctoral researcher of Company law.

Vicki Erfurt Larsen is an expert of company law, business law and securities markets. She received a master’s degree in law from University of Copenhagen in 2005. She has worked in financial services at the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority (FSA) since 2008 starting in the area of securities law and regulated markets. In the period from 2012-2016 she was on a secondment as national expert to the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) in Paris. She returned to the FSA in 2016 joining the international team dealing with negotiations of legislative files in financial services in Brussel, international cooperation agreements on supervisory arrangements and information flow and information sharing as well as issues related to the three European Supervisory Authorities.
